This article covers the steps required to re-activate a cloud application connection if it has become disconnected from the cloud application.

Instructions

  1. After logging in to the main platform click the “Connections” cloud icon in the top right corner. A list of applications will be shown

  2. In the search bar type the name of the application you wish to reconnect

  3. If the application shows it is connected click the “Disconnect” button, otherwise skip to step 5

  4. Click “OK” to the prompt asking if you are sure

  5. The list of applications will refresh, again search for the application you wish to reconnect. Click the “Connect” button and follow the prompts to authorize the connection.
