Custom Portal or LOS/CRM integration
When building a custom integration to Boss Insights API in order to transfer data to your own application the data flows through the following stages:
Customer connected application data is synchronized and standardized from the data provider
Each customers data is mapped and saved in a private data store organized in a Common Data Model (CDM)
CDM data is accessible via the Boss Insights REST API in either JSON or XML formats
Your App consumes the data from the API and may use it directly or act as a bridge to another application.
Optionally data can be synchronized to another application like a LOS/CRM.
