Below you will find instructions on resetting and changing passwords


A user can reset their own password. On the login page is a “Forgot Password?” link which will take them through a guided process to set a new password after confirming their identity via an email based reset process. 

The forgot password link must be clicked from the right account, i.e. a borrower cannot request a password reset from a lenders account, they must be logging in to their own subdomain.

Changing a password

If you are an administration user you may modify the password of a user within your Portal Administration by clicking on “Users” and then selecting the user. On the edit user page that appears you may enter a new password for the user which they will need next time they login.
